The warranty period for purchases from i5 Industries is 10 years from the date of purchase on laminate.

All warranties are to the original purchaser from authorized dealers only. You should contact the authorized dealer you purchased your product from to file a warranty claim on your behalf. Warranties are not transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

All warranties are limited to manufacturing and material defects that appear under normal, residual use.

Warranties are for repair, replacement, or substitution of defective materials or workmanship of product at the discretion of i5 Industries. Refunds are not available.

Warranty on Base

Manufacturer warranty covers 2 years on the electrical components 5 years on the mechanical components

Not covered by laminate or base warranty:

• Transportation or labor costs

• Improper assemble or installation
• Parts & handling fees
• Negligence
• Misuse
• Excessive soiling
• Transportation or freight damage
• Exposure to the elements
• Improper cleaning or treatment
• Difference in products acquired on different dates
• Products that have been altered

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. In such an event, such warranties are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period and no warranties apply after that period.
